Delta Air Lines is making it easier to connect North and South America by increasing service to two major cities. The airline increased nonstop flights from its Atlanta hub to Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from five times a week to daily service beginning October 26. Additionally, Delta's three-times-weekly service from Atlanta to Santiago de Chile's Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport operates daily beginning October 29. With this new schedule, Delta offers more than 2,300 weekly seats between Atlanta and Santiago de Chile and more than 1,600 between Atlanta and Buenos Aires.

“The increase in daily flights from Atlanta to Argentina and Chile makes it easier for friends and family to gather for the upcoming holiday festivities and for leisure and business travelers to discover all that these two important South American cities have to offer” said Rodrigo Bértola, Delta's sales director for South America. “And thanks to our partnership with LATAM Airlines, our customers will have more access to award-winning customer service and more connecting opportunities between the US and South America. We look forward to introducing more South American travelers to the Delta Difference.”

Delta flights to and from Argentina operate with 238-seat Boeing 767-400(ER)* aircraft, with Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin service. To Chile, the route operates with Airbus A350-900* aircraft with capacity for 339 passengers, with Delta One, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin service.

Delta passengers will enjoy a journey designed to ensure their comfort on long-haul flights between the US and South America, including comfortable seats, locally inspired cuisine and award-winning service from Delta's cabin crew.
