The International Seminar Bets on Knowledge

The 19th Habano Festival’s International Seminar teed off Wednesday morning in a ceremony headed by the Habanos S.A. co-presidents Luis Sanchez-Harguindey Pardo de Vera and Inocente Nuñez Blanco; Operative Marketing Director, Enrique Babot Espinosa; Development Vice-president, Javier Terres; Oliverio Montalvo, acting Business Vice-president; and Jose Maria Lopez Inchaurbe, Strategic Marketing Director.

“We are betting on the spreading of Habano culture and that’s the main goal of this Seminar and this Festival, explaining its mark in the history of Cuban culture, its relation with our roots and its legacy and success around the world,” Mr. Babot said and recommended the lectures devoted to such brands as Montecristo, H. Upmann and Quai D’Orsay, with their new rollouts within the framework of the Festival; pairings and guided tasting sessions; as well as the alliance between Habanos and Brandy de Jerez, a special moment when four Brandy brands will be paired with different Habanos.
