Southwest to Add New Ft. Lauderdale-Punta Cana Flight

Southwest Airlines plans to launch daily nonstop service from Fort Lauderdale to Punta Cana in November, pending government approval.

The route already is served by JetBlue and Spirit. Southwest currently serves Punta Cana from Atlanta, Baltimore and Chicago Midway.
