Jet Linx Aviation achieved authorization to operate in Cuba in March, and completed its first flight to Cuba in May.

Most restrictions on flights between the U.S. and Mexico will lift on Sunday, a change expected to bring more options and possibly lower prices for travelers.

American Airlines got the green light by Cuban authorities to offer 56 weekly flights to the island nation, beginning September 7. The flights will span Miami and five Cuban cities.
