Seven Stars Resort recently joined Delta Air Lines executives and the Turks and Caicos Tourism Board to celebrate newly-expanded service to Turks and Caicos, departing from JFK International Airport on Saturdays now through August 30, 2014.

The American Airlines and US Airways merger has given the new American Airlines more robust service offerings in the northeastern U.S., the newly combined airline said.

Mexican ultra-low cost airline Volaris has converted to Navitaire’s hosted passenger reservations, travel commerce and revenue accounting services. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The Venezuelan state-owned airline, Conviasa, will be increasing its flights to and from Guyana. The non-scheduled flights are to occur twice a week to Guyana.
