Air Europa has launched a new route to Montevideo, capital city or Uruguay. The airline now operates three flights a week from London Gatwick via Madrid. With this service, the airline opens up a new gateway for UK leisure and business travellers to one of Latin America’s fastest growing tourist destinations.

Air carrier Seaborne Airlines has officially launched flights from San Juan to Martinique and Guadeloupe in the French West Indies. The flights, which began on Saturday, operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays out of San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín airport.

On Dec. 21, Sun Country Airlines will resume weekly nonstop flights between Mazatlan and Minneapolis/St. Paul and twice-weekly service on Jan. 11. The flights will be offered on Saturdays and Tuesdays on 162-passenger aircraft.
