Virgin Atlantic has made the decision not to pass on what it calls an “unfair retrospective” increase to passengers in the form of Britain’s Air Passenger Duty, according to a letter by CEO Steve Ridgway. It's all in a letter Mr. Ridgway sent recently to UK Chancellor George Osborne.

This summer, St. Lucia will welcome additional service from New York on JetBlue Airways. Beginning June 28 through September 4, JetBlue will offer daily non-stop flights between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and St. Lucia's Hewanorra Airport.??

Aeromexico is offering special pricing on flights between Miami and Mexico City through March 23. For $369, travelers can fly to Mexico City. Passengers can also fly from Miami and connect to anywhere in Mexico for $469 or go on to Central America and South America for $499 and $899, respectively.
