As many as 1.5 billion international tourist arrivals were recorded in 2019 globally, according to the latest UNWTO World Tourism Barometer. 

Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic are committed to regional tourism integration.
