Effective April 1, 2025, Pepijn Rijvers will take on the role of President of Viator, while Kristin Dorsett has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the company. Rijvers will report to Matt Goldberg, President and CEO of Tripadvisor Group, with Dorsett reporting to Rijvers.
“Experiences are at the core of our strategy, and Viator is leading the way in this rapidly growing sector,” said Matt Goldberg. “Pepijn’s extensive industry experience and his success in scaling marketplaces make him the right leader to propel our global experiences strategy forward.”
Viator’s continued momentum comes after a successful year marked by healthy growth and profitability. Tripadvisor Group, with Viator at the forefront, aims to leverage its assets—Viator’s vast marketplace, Tripadvisor’s trusted platform, and an expansive distribution network—to maintain its leadership position in the experience sector.

Kristin Dorsett, a veteran of Viator, will step into her new role as COO. Having previously led multiple areas within the company, including supply and technology, Dorsett’s promotion underscores her significant contributions to Viator’s success. As COO, she will focus on operational excellence and strategy execution across the broader organization.
Viator reported impressive results for 2024, with $840 million in revenue and approximately $4.2 billion in gross bookings value. With the new leadership in place, the company is poised for continued growth, further expanding its portfolio of 400,000 experiences and strengthening partnerships with over 65,000 operators worldwide.
