The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) has announced the return of its flagship North American event, Caribbean Week in New York (CWNY), set for June 1–6, 2025, at The Westin New York, Times Square.

Recognized as the leading Caribbean tourism event in the region, CWNY 2025 will serve as a strategic platform for industry professionals to connect, promote their brand’s dedication to the region, and gain significant exposure during Caribbean-American Heritage Month

With the theme “Caribbean Resilience: Crafting Tomorrow’s Tourism,” the week-long event will include a robust mix of cultural showcases, expert panels, and networking opportunities. Featured highlights include the Caribbean Media Marketplace, the Media Awards, forward-thinking forums on leadership and artificial intelligence, as well as CTO’s executive business meetings.

Special initiatives such as the Jean Holder Scholarship from the CTO Foundation and the Caribbean Next-Gen Showcase will spotlight the region’s future leaders. Additional events like the Orange Economy session and the Caribbean Women’s Leadership Dinner and Awards will emphasize innovation and empowerment.

“There is no better time for the Caribbean to unite, plan ahead, and drive sustainable tourism strategies,” stated Dona Regis-Prosper, Secretary-General and CEO of the CTO. “Caribbean Week in New York is our moment to reflect the strength, resilience, and diversity of our destinations while deepening our ties with the diaspora and global partners.”

The CTO is actively seeking sponsors to be part of this high-impact gathering. Tailored sponsorship packages include benefits such as:

Brand exposure via logo placements on materials, signage, and the official website.

Speaking slots at key events.

Access to exclusive networking with decision-makers and influencers.

Invitations to high-profile activities like the Media Marketplace and industry forums.

Visibility through CTO’s press coverage, social media, and digital campaigns.

For companies invested in the Caribbean’s future, CWNY 2025 presents a powerful opportunity to connect, collaborate, and contribute.
