ITB Berlin 2025, the premier travel trade fair, will take place from March 4 to 6, 2025, in Berlin. Tickets are now available online, with special early-bird rates until January 14, 2025.

Unlimited passes, typically priced at €80, are reduced to €65, while one-day tickets are €45 instead of €55. Students can take advantage of even lower prices, with one-day tickets at €33.50 and unlimited passes at €44 during the advance sale period.

This year, ITB Berlin introduces the Transition Laboratory, offering exclusive insights into marketing innovations and strategies for navigating a transforming tourism industry. Topics such as AI-driven search optimization and sustainability as a marketing factor will be explored through 20 key takeaways in a concise 90-minute session. Access requires a separate ticket, currently available for €158 at the early-bird rate.

Networking is set to become even more efficient with ITB Match & Meet, a platform that enables attendees to connect with business contacts before the fair begins. Ticket holders can set up profiles and use smart filters to find and schedule meetings with potential partners. The platform also features a chat function and contact export options to facilitate follow-ups after the event.

The ITB Navigator app will launch in January 2025, offering tools to optimize event planning. Attendees can access detailed schedules, live-stream select sessions, and explore an interactive exhibition map. With enhanced filters and a favorites function, users can efficiently manage their time and focus on key exhibitors and events.

Applications are open for the ITB Buyers Circle, an exclusive network for 1,300 top international buyers. Membership includes complimentary access to the convention, fast-track entry, and use of the Buyers Circle Lounge for meetings and networking. The lounge offers Wi-Fi, industry publications, and a relaxed atmosphere for connecting with global partners.

China will sponsor the ITB Buyers Circle 2025, further enriching the program with enhanced opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Members will also participate in the ITB Speed Networking event, using tailored matchmaking tools to find business partners. Membership benefits extend through October 31, 2025.
