The San Francisco/Bay Area Travel & Adventure Show Coming in March
Anyone looking to find, plan and book their next vacation will discover thousands of travel options to explore, local destination experts to help them get there and tens of thousands of dollars in savings at the San Francisco/Bay Area Travel & Adventure Show.
Taking place March 21st and 22nd at the Santa Clara Convention Center, travel enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with thousands of travel experts from around the world. Experts will be on hand to help attendees dream, personalize and book their next trip.
From the Cook Islands and Oregon, to Taiwan and the Caribbean, attendees will find great travel options at the Travel & Adventure Show. The price of admission also includes access to dozens of inspirational, educational and culturally focused sessions on 4 stages located on the show floor, along with hands-on activities fit for the whole family.
One of the many highlights of the Bay Area Travel & Adventure Show is the opportunity to meet and gain inspiration from the world’s top travel experts and celebrities as they present seminars and answer questions over the two-day event.
On the Savvy Traveler Theater stage, visitors will interact with travel experts on subjects ranging from packing and travel technology, budget travel hacks, and what to do if disaster strikes while traveling.
On the Destination Theater stage, travelers will receive destination-specific information from local experts containing information on when to go, how to get there, what to see and local, off the beaten path attractions from destinations such as Alaska, Switzerland, and the Cook Islands, among others.
At the Global Beats Stage, attendees can feel the beat and experience the rhythm of cultural dances and performances during more than 20 presentations throughout the weekend.
Attending the SF/Bay Area Travel & Adventure Show is an adventure in and of itself and presents activities suitable for the whole family. Guests can get their picture taken in front of iconic travel locations at the China National Tourist Office Photo Booth and even take part in the Yosemite Virtual Reality Activity Pavilion.
Included in the price of admission is the U.S. Passport and Global Entry Acceptance Program, where the US State Department and Passport Agency will be accepting new passport applications, renewing passports, and even taking passport photos on site. In addition to the US State Department, Customs and Border Protection will also be the Global Entry Program appointments, taking place right on the show floor. New for 2020 is the TSA Pre Program at the Travel & Adventure Show. TSA Pre representatives will be on hand to process TSA Pre appointments, right on the show floor.

The San Francisco/Bay Area Travel & Adventure Show will take place on March 21st and 22nd at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The show opens at 9:30 a.m. Saturday for travel professionals; the public can attend from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
