Ticket Booking Opens for World Travel Market London

Visitors can secure their entry to the 44th edition of World Travel Market (WTM) London, scheduled from 5th to 7th November 2024, when ticket booking opens on 24th June. Organisers are offering early access to ticket booking and the meeting platform, enabling visitors to plan ahead for this year’s show. Responding to extensive customer research, several exciting changes have been announced to enhance the attendee experience and maximize value for all participants.
This year’s WTM will feature the theme "Travelpower," building on last year's theme of "power to change." WTM 2024 encourages the travel community to harness their collective force for good, asking, "how will you use yours?" The event will run from Tuesday to Thursday, supporting international visitor attendance and promoting a better work-life balance. A new Buyer Hospitality Initiative aims to increase the volume and quality of travel buyers, improving their overall experience. Additionally, a call for experts and inclusion efforts will see new conference and industry advisors, alongside a "share your voice" call for papers, reinforcing WTM's commitment to inclusivity.
This year’s event is poised to be the largest ever, with record participation from destinations and private sector customers. The conference will feature three stages and six tracks, offering 50 hours of content and more than 170 speakers. The WTM Ministers’ Summit will take place on Wednesday, 6th November, with its theme to be announced soon. The Networking Party returns on Tuesday, 5th November, following its successful debut in 2023.
An expanded program for influencers and content creators will be announced shortly, including a detailed networking schedule. The WTM Global Travel Report will make a return after its successful first edition in 2023, which received extensive coverage in global consumer media.
Tickets will be free to book until 7th October 2024, after which they will cost £49 + VAT. WTM London will open at 9:30 am each day, with the first hour dedicated to impromptu meetings. Attendees can take advantage of The Community Hubs in the center of the north and south halls for networking, relaxing, and meetings.
The WTM Connect Me platform will be available for exhibitors, buyers, and the global media, with all attendees having access to the official WTM App.
Juliette Losardo, Exhibition Director of WTM London, stated: “We’ve been working hard since last year’s WTM to build on the successes of 2023 and continually adapt to the rapid changes in our sector. We’ve listened to feedback from exhibitors, buyers, and other delegates to ensure WTM offers even more inspiration and opportunities for networking, learning, and doing business. Our changes will ensure visitors can maximize the value from attending WTM and head into 2025 armed with new strategies, fresh partnerships, and essential business deals.”
