Dominican Tourism Sails at Vancouver Cruise Event

Dominican Republic’s Tourism Ministry was one of the Cruise 3Sixty 2013 Fair’s sponsor for the second year, to present the cruise industry’s development and potential in the Caribbean nation, and contacted additional wholesale agencies to promote the country.

The activity hosted by the International Cruise Line Association (CLIA) gathered experts who addressed the industry’s trends, innovations and technological advances, as well as travel agents and tour operators specialized in the niche.

Wendy Justo and Yaniris Felipe, Dominican Republic’s Tourism Office in Miami and Hispanic Media officials headed the country’s delegation, in the one-week fair staged at the Vancouver Convention Center.
