TRX, Inc., a provider of travel technology, process automation, consulting and data services, announced the release of the next generation reservation processing and automation technology platform, CORREX.

The application now deploys a robust user interface bringing the full-power of the application to the end-user and empowering clients to define how and when travel reservations are processed for automated quality control, auto-ticketing, unused e-ticket tracking, and itinerary email delivery, along with several currently available CORREX modules and services.

The application also provides real-time information and status alerts on operational and system performance via flex-based dashboards, greatly increasing visibility into travel operations. The new and improved CORREX application is one of the world’s market-leading reservation processing platforms enabling efficient, automated quality control, file finishing, and ticketing of travel reservations.

CORREX processes nearly 100 million traveler reservations from over 40 countries around the globe each year and leverages in excess of 50,000 rules and queries designed to improve efficiency and reservation quality. The platform allows agents to consolidate pre-travel and reservation reporting across multiple GDSs, third-party and corporation-specific databases, and other sources of traveler-specific information.

Access to CORREX’s new self-service functionality is provided via a safe and secure browser-based interface that gives clients the same level of control and functionality utilized by TRX personnel for over a decade.

The new user interface for CORREX is designed to give clients a distinct competitive advantage in terms of speed to market, ability to improve quality, and reduce operational costs. The new CORREX application is currently available to new and existing clients.
