Angola’s TAAG Starts Weekly Flights to Cuba

The Angolan Airlines of TAAG announced on Friday in Luanda that it will increase the number of flights to Havana city, Cuba, as from 7 May.

According to a press note released on Friday, TAAG will fly to Havana city weekly and not fortnightly as previous program.

The flights start from Luanda on Tuesday at 1:45 pm, arriving to Havana at 3:45 am. The same flight is expected to return to Luanda on Thursday, leaving Havana at 11:00 am and reaching Luanda at 1:00 am.

Many Angolans, in addition to visiting Cuba as tourists, also study and receive specialized medical care in that Caribbean country.

According to the source, the increase of the flight responds to the demand booking request for this international flight of TAAG.
