Anguilla Literary Festival Set for May 23 to 26

The Antigua Literary Festival, official known as the “Anguilla Lit-Fest: A Literary Jollification” is scheduled for May 23 to 26, 2013. Hosted by Anguilla’s Paradise Cove resort and sponsored by Cuisinart Golf Resort & Spa, the event will offer three days of workshops, seminars and presentations from award-winning writers and celebrity authors, headlined by and legendary poet Nikki Giovanni.

Other featured authors will include National Book Award winner and Outside magazine contributing editor Bob Schacochis; Haitian-American author Edwidge Danticat; and MSNBC host and Simon & Schuster and Atria Books executive vice president and publisher Judith Curr, who will serve as panel moderator.

The authors will be joined by a panel of more than 15 authors and publishers. Anguilla Lit Fest registration is $150. Special packages are available at hotels across the island.
