BA, Winair Cut Deal for Same-Day Dominica Connection

British Airways and Winair have announced they will offer a cost effective, same-day route from London to Dominica, via Antigua.

The new route will mean that British travelers can leave the UK at 10:30 and be in the hidden island paradise of Dominica with a rum punch in their hand by 18:30.

Colin Piper, chief executive, Discover Dominica Authority, said: “The new same-day connection is great news for the island and we’re excited that our visitors will now be able to travel straight to us and be in a Dominican frame of mind by dinnertime.

“Many travelers might have been put off by having to stay overnight at one of our Caribbean neighbors, so I hope this new connection will encourage more British holidaymakers to visit our slice of tropical paradise.”
