Central American Excellences Magazine Goes Out in Panama with Flying Color

The Excelencias Group made the official launch this weekend of the Central American Excellences magazine with a special issue devoted to Panama. The publication will also serve as the official communication and news organization of Panama’s Tourism Chamber (CAMTUR) following an alliance forged between out publishing staff and that institution.
The presentation of the magazine took place at the Portobello Hall of El Panama Hotel and was presided over by CAMTUR Chairman Jaime Campuzano, and Jose Carlos de Santiago, President of the Excelencias Group.
This special issue on Panama features a number of articles in both English and Spanish that broach such topics as the Panama Canal, Ciudad del Saber, the Taboga Island, the Colon Free Zone, among other places that make this country a major travel destination.
“On a permanent basis, this magazine will publish and show the wonders our country has to offer in an effort to keep potential tourists in the know,” said CAMTUR Chairman Jaime Campuzano as he reminded attendants that this international magazine will go out every two months.
The magazine will not only make it to all travel fairs and tradeshows around the world, but will also reach out to airlines, tour operators, cruise companies and MICE planners dealing with Central America.
Mr. Campuzano told the audience about the meaningful alliance that both Panama and the entire Central American region have made with a company like the Excelencias Group. He underscored the undisputed relevance of the Excelencias Group, a company with over two decades of experience in communications and 10 years of rock-solid presence in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Attendants to the official presentation took a grand tour around the 20 years of experience of the Excelencias Group by the hand of the company’s CEO and President, Jose Carlos de Santiago, who stressed the commitment to the readers of the Excelencias Group’s printed and digital publications.
Mr. de Santiago, who’s also the company’s editor-in-chief, said he has many hopes pinned on this new alliance with Panama.
