Excelencias Awards Presented in FITUR 2012

The 2011 Excelencias Awards were presented on Wednesday, January 18, 17.00 - 17.45 hours, at the 2012 Fitur Conference Room, in Pavilion 10, booth 10F24.

The EXCELENCIAS AWARDS were created back in 2005 by the “Grupo Excelencias” communication group in an effort to promote excellence in different spheres linked to tourism and culture. Ever since, they have turned into a benchmark for people who work in this important sector and do their best to be excellent.

As the Grupo Excelencias has grown stronger with its publications in different sectors, Excelencias Awards have gone deeper into these segments such as the gourmet world by also handing out the GOURMET EXCELENCIAS AWARDS.

A new Excelencias Award has been created in 2011: “Silvia Zorzanello in Memoriam Award” as a tribute to the lifetime achievements in Brazil by Silvia Zorzanello, to be annually delivered to those companies, institutions or persons that, due to their work and attainments, deserve that outstanding mention.
