FITUR 2012: Peru’s Foreign Trade Minister to Meet with Operators, Airlines from Spain

Peru’s Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism Jose Luis Silva on Monday will meet with the main tour operators and airlines from Spain in order to promote the country as destination for Spanish tourists.

With this event, Minister Silva will begin a number of meetings and presentations on the occasion of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) 2012, which will be held from January 18 to 22 in Madrid (Spain).

Director of Tourism Promotion at Peru's export and tourism promotion agency (Promperu) and Maria del Carmen de Reparaz will also take part in said meeting.

The next day, Minister Silva will attend a working breakfast meeting organized by Spain's Prisa group which will also count with the participation of the leading Spanish hotel group investors.

Moreover, the minister will meet with representatives of NH hotel group and will take part in the signing of an agreement between Promperu and the Spanish Federation of Friends of Museums (FEAM).
