As a coda to the opening session of Excelencias Gourmet’s 4th International Gastronomic Seminar, Mirelis Acosta launched Havana Club 7 Years: Cuba’s Nitty-Gritty, and positioned it among the new consumption strategies suggested by the company to extol and shed light on the potential of such a special beverage.
It is a call to find Cuba’s essence in a Havana Club 7 Years drink, which is presently described as the brand’s flagship and responsible for the company’s high international sales volumes.
Barman Javier González prepared several cocktails with the prestigious rum brand, right in front of the delegates, and they were enjoyed by the attendees, who know the quality and exquisite taste of this drink.
The recipes of such cocktails are made up of ingredients that can be easily found in the Cuban market, useful decoration elements, with different notes and essences, and that is the case of coffee, aromatic leaves, tropical fruits and honey, so they can be prepared in bars and even private houses.
