Hotel Investment Conference Imminent

The upcoming Caribbean Hotel and Resort Investment Summit is bringing back what organisers term “the popular ‘Meet the Opportunity’ sessions in a new and improved format”.

This year’s conference will be held on 6 and 7 May at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami and hosted by Burba Hotel Network.

“Meet the Opportunity” will be held for the first time as part of the opening plenary session and will showcase some of the Caribbean’s newest and most interesting projects. At these sessions, government agencies including ministries of tourism and commerce departments as well as private sector project representatives will be presenting hotel projects in early stages of development to the delegates.

To date, the projects being showcased include:

St. Lucia – Jade Sea
US Virgin Islands – Quelbe Rainforest Resort and Eco-Retreat

Following the presentations, delegates will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the project representatives during “Meet the Opportunity Hour”.

The Caribbean Hotel and Resort Investment Summit is billed as the Caribbean’s most important hotel and tourism investment conference.

The conference immediately precedes a second event, the Hotel Opportunities Latin America conference.
