Minube, FITUR Join Hands to Redesign Travel Activities

Minube and the International Tourism Fair are once again joining forces to redesign travel activities at the 38th edition of the FITUR.
The program includes the IX edition of the Travelers’ Meet-Up, the VI edition of the Photography Workshop, and the II edition of Hackatrips.
The 38th Edition of the International Tourism Fair to be held at the Feria de Madrid from January 17-21, 2018, and in collaboration once again with minube, will present a program full of activities for trade professionals during the Fair.
The objective is for this learning experience to become an international benchmark, a yearly meet-up for collaborative learning that takes advantage of FITUR as the world’s meeting point for the tourism industry in order to create audio-visual material to be broadcast over the minube School platform and RRSS.
On Saturday, January 20, the IX Edition of the Travelers’ Meet-Up will be held, the largest of its kind in Spain, where more than 1500 people will once again come together to talk about travelling. Great travelers who left everything behind for the sake of travel will tell of their life-changing adventures, firing the imagination of everyone present.
On January 21, Fair-goers can take part in the VI Edition of the Photography Workshop, where they can learn from professional photographers how to take pictures of their trips.
The II edition of #hackatrips will take place on January 20 and 21 in Pavilion 10 at IFEMA. As part of FITUR and minube’s initiative to encourage innovation inside the tourism industry, #hackatrips features a contest in which a number of multidisciplinary teams (developers, designers and tourism industry experts.) take part to develop applications.
With work groups of up to 5 people each, they have from 10:00 am on Saturday to 3:00 pm on Sunday to come up with the most innovative idea and present it to the jury to win one of the prizes.
