New Matchmaking System at Russian Travel Fair

Moscow’s International Travel and Tourism exhibition (MITT) have introduced an online matchmaking program for visitors and exhibitors.

The program is intended for registered visitors to schedule business meetings with exhibitors before the show opens its doors.

Users will be able to utilize the networking tool by creating their own visitor account and searching through the list of exhibitors to request and secure meetings with potential partners.

Maria Badakh, Sales and Event Director, states: “By introducing the new matchmaking program, MITT are providing a platform which will enable both visitors and exhibitors to use their time more efficiently onsite. I urge every participant to use this tool!”

MITT takes place from the 19th to 21st of March 2014 at Moscow’s Expocentre, Russia.

Press conferences, presentations by exhibiting companies, seminars and consultations will take place within the Expocentre’s 15 conference halls, including: The first Russian Meetings Industry Forum on the 21 - 22 March 2014; the Medical Congress, held 19 March 2014 and the Tourism Business Summit, on the 20th of March.

A full coverage of industry segments are to be showcased at MITT, including the new Meetings Industry sector. The dedicated area will be a platform for service providers who specialize in the meetings, exhibition and conference industry. Other specialized sections consist of Medical Tourism, Luxury Travel and Technology in Tourism.

The official exhibitor awards ceremony will take place at Lotte Hotel on the 20th March 2014. Special prizes will be given to exhibitors in correspondence to their 2014 participation. Italy is the Partner Country for MITT 2014.
