Rapper Shaggy to Perform in St. Maarten August 23

Rapper Shaggy will perform at St. Maarten’s Sumer Vybes 2K13 show on August 23 at 8 p.m. The show will be held at Festival Village at 8 p.m., and will also feature Aidonia, Ding Dong and Incline.

“St. Maarten continues to solidify its reputation as the ‘entertainment capital of the Caribbean’ by bringing Shaggy to the island, said Edward Dest, interim director of tourism for the St. Maarten Tourist Bureau, in a prepared statement. “We’re excited to see residents and visitors coming together for a fun night filled with great music.”

Advance tickets are available from Vandorp shop locations and at SOS Radio for $30. They are also available at the gate for $40. VIP tickets are selling for $100.
