Velas Resorts Now Offering a Tech Concierge

Following the successful launch of its no-technology-allowed Digital Detox family program, Mexico’s all-inclusive Velas Resorts is now “paying equal time and attention to the world’s traveling tech lovers,” as announced in a recent press release.

A Tech Concierge will now be available for troubleshooting as part of the all-inclusive rate at Casa Velas, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Velas Vallarta.

Available “so that guests may spend more time enjoying the Mexican sun and less time struggling with tech problems,” the release said, the concierge “can help with everything from resizing files and fixing international computer or phone problems, to connecting devices and printing needed docs.”

The four Velas resorts have won numerous accolades for all-inclusive excellence. Included in the cost are luxury suite accommodations, gourmet meals, premium beverages, 24-hour in-suite service and more.
