Virtual Travel Events Schedules 2013 Airlines & Agents Expo for Oct. 30

At the recent ASTA Global Convention, travel agents turned out to hear what airlines had to say during a panel discussion entitled “How to Make Money with the Airlines.” Many agents were unfortunately turned away since was not enough room to accommodate them.

In light of the overwhelming response to this panel and for those that were not able to attend the ASTA event, Virtual Travel Events will hold its 2013 Airlines & Agents Expo: Selling the Airlines, which will place Wednesday, Oct. 30 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

This one-day expo will allow agents to immerse themselves in airlines and airports and talk one-on-one with representatives, as well as watch rich media presentations and download brochures that will help them to actively sell these airlines profitably. The expo will also include a live presentation where airlines will share the various ways agents can make money selling airlines overrides, add-on fees and even commissions.
