World’s Largest Cruise Convention Returns to Miami Beach

Cruise Shipping Miami, regarded as the Super Bowl of cruise conferences, sails into South Florida, March 12-15. A full spectrum of exhibitions, educational seminars, and social networking is expected to attract 10,000 participants.
For over 25 years Cruise Shipping Miami, held again at the Miami Beach Convention Center, continues to be the leading international platform to connect buyers and suppliers in the cruise industry. Last year 121 countries/regions were represented. “We have exhibited for 20 years and consider this the most important marketing event of the year,” says Gordon Ireland, market development manager for Cruise Scotland.
No other cruise convention in the world attracts such a broad range of industry players. Over 1,800 cruise line owners and operators from 66 companies attended in 2011. This year nearly 1,000 exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase products and services to an audience of influential decision makers. Many participants are from destinations around the globe courting cruise ship arrivals.
