JetBlue Airways will begin daily nonstop year-round service from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Conn., to Tampa International Airport. The new flights will be operated with its Airbus A320 fleet and will include assigned seating, among other things.

Spirit Airlines launches daily nonstop service from DFW to Cancun, Mexico, marking the carrier's second destination from DFW into the popular Mexican market. Spirit also begins daily nonstop service to Los Angeles (LAX) and Oakland (OAK), meaning Spirit now serves a total of 24 nonstop destinations from DFW.

Today Transaero Airlines, Russia’s second largest carrier, and China Airlines have concluded a code-share agreement on joint operation of flights on the Moscow-Bangkok-Taipei route. The agreement was signed by Dmitriy Stolyarov, First Deputy General Director Transaero Airlines, and James Yu, Senior Vice-President China Airlines.

JetBlue Airways has announced new daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM) in Lima, subject to receipt of government operating authority. Lima will be JetBlue's 81st BlueCity and its fourth destination in South America.
