A cruise company is anticipating the start of a new service out of Puerto Morelos in early 2019 with cruises to Cuba and the Caribbean.

Customer and travel partner research in North America and the UK led to Cuba being chosen as the first destination to be served by Virgin Voyages.

MSC Cruises' MSC Armonia will make its Miami debut this winter and will offer a seven-night Caribbean sailing that include Montego Bay, Jamaica; Georgetown, Cayman Islands; Cozumel, Mexico; and a weekend overnight in Havana.
