Minister Otmar Oduber announces the Carubbian Festival is ready for its first edition on June 9, 2011. This culminates months of hard work by the Carubbian Foundation to create a festival that will present the island’s visitors with a firsthand look at Aruba’s culture, arts, folklore and music.
