LG Unveils Robotic Vacuum Cleaner for Hotels

LG Electronics USA has launched its commercial-grade robotic vacuum cleaner, designed in collaboration with the Marriott Design Lab to enhance hotel cleaning efficiency. Following successful pilot programs at Marriott International properties, the LG Robotic Vacuum Cleaner is now available for the hospitality industry.
“This collaboration with the Marriott Design Lab is driving industry-wide innovation,” said Michael Kosla, Senior Vice President of LG Electronics USA. The autonomous vacuum is built for hotel corridors and meeting spaces, providing powerful suction and precision cleaning while minimizing guest disruption.
Equipped with LiDAR and Vision Fusion SLAM sensor technology, the robot maps and navigates hotel layouts with accuracy, ensuring efficient floor cleaning. Its 3-liter dustbin handles larger debris, while a multi-language mobile app and cloud-based management system allow hotel operators to track cleaning progress in real-time and manage multiple units simultaneously.
