Curaçao Road Show Engages 300 Travel Agents Across Argentina

The Curaçao Tourism Board (CTB) recently organized a Curaçao Road Show across several cities in Argentina, engaging 300 travel agents to showcase Curaçao's tourism offerings. The event aimed to familiarize key travel agents with Curaçao's attractions and was supported by representatives from CTB, hotels, tour operators, and airlines.

The Road Show kicked off in Buenos Aires with a lunch for wholesalers followed by a workshop and presentation for travel agents. The team then traveled to the province of Córdoba, marking the first Curaçao workshop in Villa María, attended by travel agents from Villa María, San Francisco, and Río Cuarto.

The final leg of the tour was in Mendoza, where a breakfast presentation was held. Throughout these events, travel agents learned about Curaçao, and prizes such as hotel stays and tour packages were raffled off, with Copa Airlines providing complimentary tickets to three lucky agents.

During the presentations, CTB shared data on the rising number of tourists from Argentina visiting Curaçao. Avianca and Copa Airlines discussed their flight schedules from Bogotá and Panama to Curaçao, respectively. Hotels showcased packages tailored to families, groups, and adults-only areas, while tour operators detailed the various experiences available on the island, both on land and sea.
