The Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) has announced the appointment of Andia Ravariere as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2025.

Ravariere brings over a decade of experience in sustainable tourism development and destination marketing across the Caribbean. She previously spent seven years at the Anguilla Ministry of Tourism, where she played a pivotal role in helping the island’s tourism sector recover in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Andia’s expertise in guiding destinations through growth and recovery, coupled with her passion for community-driven tourism, aligns perfectly with our vision for Nevis,” said Pamela Martin, Chair of the NTA Board of Directors. “We look forward to working closely with her to build on our momentum, strengthen partnerships with global stakeholders, and ensure that Nevis continues to stand out as one of the Caribbean’s most unique and sustainable destinations.”

Most recently, Ravariere served as Destination Marketing Manager at the Discover Dominica Authority, where she led initiatives that resulted in record visitor arrivals.

Nevis Premier Mark Brantley also welcomed the appointment, noting: “Her proven track record in sustainable tourism and deep understanding of Caribbean destination marketing make her exceptionally qualified to guide Nevis into its next chapter.”

In her first remarks as CEO, Ravariere shared her vision: “My goal is to position Nevis at the forefront of Caribbean tourism by redefining luxury through nature, culture, sustainability, and innovation. We aim to deliver world-class experiences to discerning travelers, empower our people, and protect our heritage, ensuring that today’s growth secures a prosperous future for the generations to come.”
