Bern, Switzerland, leads the list with an impressive score of 9.04/10. It excels in women's safety (9.91), high-quality hotel ratings (70% four stars or higher), coworking spaces (4.45/5), and taxi services (4.23/5).
Wellington, New Zealand, follows with a score of 8.11/10. It boasts the world’s highest female workforce participation rate (66.9%) and strong safety indicators for women (9.38), making it a standout for professional and personal growth.
Amsterdam ranks third with a score of 7.86/10. Known for exceptional business travel services, it features highly rated hotels, coworking spaces (4.6/5), and taxi services (4.59/5).
Stockholm (7.63) and Vienna (7.45) complete the top five, demonstrating strong safety metrics and inclusive environments for women travelers.
