Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has officially welcomed guests aboard Norwegian Aqua for its highly anticipated maiden voyage from Lisbon to Southampton, marking the debut of the cutting-edge Prima Plus Class.

Over 2,000 invited guests are experiencing Norwegian Aqua’s next-level innovations, including the Aqua Slidecoaster, the world’s first hybrid rollercoaster and waterslide, and Glow Court, a state-of-the-art digital sports complex that transforms into a vibrant nightlife venue. The ship also introduces Aqua Game Zone, featuring a mix of retro arcade games, immersive VR experiences, and interactive gaming.

Entertainment highlights include Revolution: A Celebration of Prince, an electrifying tribute concert, and Elements: The World Expanded, an enhanced version of NCL’s beloved acrobatic and magic-filled show. Guests can also indulge in 17 dining venues and 18 bars, including Sukhothai, NCL’s first-ever Thai specialty restaurant, and Planterie, a plant-based eatery debuting at Indulge Food Hall.

Following this European voyage, Norwegian Aqua will sail to Miami for its official christening on April 13, 2025, with Emmy® Award-winning actor Eric Stonestreet serving as godfather. The ship will then homeport in Miami, Port Canaveral (Orlando), and New York, offering Bahamas, Caribbean, and Bermuda itineraries through March 2027.

Guests booking Norwegian Aqua can take advantage of More At Sea™, NCL’s newest value program, featuring unlimited premium open bar, specialty dining, high-speed Wi-Fi, shore excursion credits, free second-guest airfare, and kids sail free on select voyages.
