Cruise Planners, the nation's largest home-based travel agency franchise, has rolled out a series of innovative marketing initiatives at its annual convention aimed at helping advisors enhance client engagement and boost business growth. The new tools include targeted retargeting marketing campaigns, leveraging customer behavior data to deliver personalized travel offers based on clients' interests, budgets, and life stages.

Among the new programs is the River & Expedition Guide, launching in early 2025, designed as a comprehensive resource for clients exploring river and expedition cruises. The guide will feature key destination highlights, cultural sites, and cruise line comparisons, available in both print and digital formats. The Where2Next consumer series, now in its sixth year, continues to spotlight trending destinations, offering exclusive deals through Cruise Planners advisors.

The company's award-winning CP Social platform is also getting an upgrade, with new AI-powered tools for creating social media posts, review responses, and optimizing local search presence. Other notable enhancements include improved Cruisetour information in the CP Maxx system, live hotel comparison tools with direct booking options, and upgraded Trip Summary features that allow for easier trip proposal management.

Michelle Fee, founder and CEO, emphasized the company's focus on providing franchisees with cutting-edge, easy-to-use marketing and technology solutions, allowing them to focus on their primary strength—crafting memorable vacations. These initiatives reflect Cruise Planners' ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of the travel industry, ensuring its 2,500 franchise owners have everything they need to succeed.

Cruise Planners, founded in 1994, has been named the No.1 travel franchise by Entrepreneur magazine for 18 consecutive years.
