FITUR 2024: Marca Peru All Set to Make a Splash
Marca Peru (Peru Brand), through which our country managed to promote itself in various ways internationally and attract foreign tourists, will shine again in the world's main cities.
Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PromPeru) Executive-President Angelica Matsuda on Tuesday announced exclusively to Andina news agency that the brand will be relaunched in Spain on January 24 at noon (local time).
"We will be at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur 2024), the world's most important platform for tourism (which opens tomorrow). So, it is in Madrid, Spain, where we are going to launch the first part of this entire brand strategy that we have in Peru," Matsuda confirmed.
It is a first launch that will take place at the upcoming event expected to feature the participation of a delegation of 32 co-exhibitors led by Foreign Trade and Tourism Minister Juan Carlos Mathews and assisted by PromPeru.

"It will take place within the framework of a large campaign where Peru will shine again, and we are hoping that Peru will resonate throughout the world, and this will make it possible for everyone to come to our country to travel and invest," she stated.
The International Tourism Fair is considered the global meeting point for professionals in this sector worldwide and the leading fair for Ibero-America's inbound and outbound markets.
As is known, Foreign Trade and Tourism Minister Juan Carlos Mathews projected that 3.2 million foreign tourists will arrive in Peru this year.
