World Travel Market London is gearing up for its biggest edition yet, with the 2024 event poised to grow by 7% and expand into new pavilions at ExCeL London. This growth mirrors the robust state of the global tourism industry, which is continuing to flourish.

Scheduled to take place from November 5 to 7, WTM London will feature approximately 4,000 exhibitors, including national tourism boards, hotels, transport companies, tech providers, and high-end experience brands. Notably, more than 80 new exhibitors are set to join this year's event.

A significant area of growth is the destination market, which has seen a 9% rise in participation. Over 135 National Tourism Organizations are confirmed to attend, accompanied by a diverse array of regions and cities. Africa leads as the fastest-growing region in the event, driven by proactive post-pandemic strategies from countries like Morocco and Egypt.

Additionally, there is a notable 71% increase in participation from non-destination travel brands, many of which are joining the new 'Experiences' zone at the event. There has also been a 22% uptick in accommodation-related exhibitors and a 16% rise in technology-focused participants.

Among the first-time exhibitors are KOS Island, VIET EXPERIENCES TRAVEL, China Nimbus Travel, Nimax Theatres, Kuoni Tumlare, Jabal Omar Co, Latvia Travel, Grand Prix Grand Tours, Corendon Airlines, Barclaycard Payments, Riyadh Air, Regnum Hotels, Addison Lee, and Stripe Payments, with more to be announced soon.

Juliette Losardo, Exhibitor Director for WTM London, remarked, "2024 will be our most impressive year yet, with a record number of exhibitors. We’re thrilled to see such a broad representation from destinations worldwide and growing participation from non-destination and private sector brands. We’re especially excited about the major new brands joining us this year!"

She continued, "World Travel Market is truly the hub for the global travel industry, bringing together over 45,000 verified travel professionals for an influential three-day event. It's the perfect opportunity to learn, network, and set yourself up for the coming year."

With the event drawing closer, Losardo encourages potential visitors to secure their tickets soon as availability is rapidly decreasing.
