WTM Latin America 2025: Innovation, Human Connection, and Growth in São Paulo

WTM Latin America 2025 is set to open its doors from April 14 to 16 at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, reaffirming its position as the most important B2B travel and tourism event in Latin America. With an expected 10% growth in exhibition space and an 8% increase in visitor numbers, this edition promises to be the biggest and most impactful yet.
Under the theme “Where Tech Meets Touch”, WTM Latin America 2025 will explore how technology can enhance human connection in the tourism industry. This theme is particularly relevant for Latin American markets, where personal relationships and authentic interactions are a cornerstone of business.
What’s New at WTM Latin America 2025?
One of the highlights of this year’s edition is the new Experience Area, designed to offer visitors a multi-sensory journey through destinations, products, and services. Exhibitors will showcase offerings in a creative and emotionally engaging way, allowing brands to build emotional connections with attendees.
WTM Latin America 2025 will feature expanded zones focused on mobility and travel suppliers, along with a new tool allowing visitors to collect and store information about exhibitors using QR code technology.
The event will continue to leverage a suite of tools to help participants maximize their time and return on investment. The Lead Manager App helps exhibitors gather and categorize visitor data in real time, while Colleqt—new this year—enables attendees to scan exhibitor QR codes and save information to review later.
WTM Latin America maintains a strong commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. Its Diversity Route highlights exhibitors working with LGBTQIAP+ tourism, Afrotourism, and senior travel (60+). The event also ensures gender and minority equity in its speaker lineup, with 50% women and 50% speakers from minority backgrounds across its three main stages.
Organizers anticipate welcoming over 27,000 travel professionals, including travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and tech companies. Admission is free but registration is mandatory, open to tourism professionals, media, students, and government representatives.
