Accor Brings Pullman to Armenia in Partnership with Technotun
Accor, a global leader in hospitality, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Technotun, a prominent Armenian real estate operator, to introduce the prestigious Pullman brand to Yerevan. The agreement was formalized by Philippe Bone, Director of Development for Accor's New-East region, and Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Director of Technotun, during the 2024 Yerevan International Hospitality Forum.
Scheduled to debut in 2027, Pullman Residences Yerevan and Pullman Living Yerevan will elevate premium hospitality in the region, blending modern design, lifestyle services, and sustainability.
A New Era of Hospitality in Armenia
Situated on the picturesque hills of Norki Ayginer, the development will include:
- Pullman Residences Yerevan, offering a seamless mix of business and leisure amenities for long-term residents, international professionals, and investors.
- Pullman Living Yerevan, designed for medium- to long-term stays, providing fully serviced accommodations with the comforts of home and Pullman’s signature premium service.
Both properties will align with Accor's global standards, creating ideal spaces for international professionals and Diaspora Armenians.
A Shared Vision of Excellence
"Partnering with Accor enables us to deliver an unparalleled living experience, offering a blend of tailored services and exceptional quality. This collaboration is a milestone for Armenia and reflects our shared values with a global hospitality leader," said Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Director of Technotun.
Philippe Bone, Accor’s New-East region Director, highlighted the Pullman brand’s unique appeal:
"As a brand rooted in business and lifestyle, Pullman fosters innovation and connection. This project will introduce Pullman's progressive concept to Yerevan, delivering purpose-driven, sustainable living spaces for modern professionals and visionaries."
Sustainability at Its Core
The 20,000-square-metre complex, developed through a memorandum of understanding initiated in July, will emphasize well-being and environmental responsibility. Features include:
- 16,000 square meters of landscaped open spaces.
- A No Car policy to promote pedestrian-friendly environments.
- Bike lanes and electric vehicle charging stations to support sustainable mobility.
Pullman’s Expanding Global Footprint
With over 150 hotels across 40+ countries, Pullman is renowned for redefining premium hospitality in cities like Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Miami, and London. Its arrival in Yerevan marks a significant milestone, introducing its forward-thinking ethos and commitment to conscious hospitality to a dynamic new market.
By combining world-class design, personalized services, and a focus on sustainability, Pullman Residences Yerevan and Pullman Living Yerevan are set to reshape how people live, work, and connect in Armenia.
