Disney Vacation Club Opens Sales for Polynesian Villas, Bungalows Island Tower

Disney Vacation Club is set to open sales for its newest expansion, the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, on October 1 for members and October 29 for the public.

The new 10-story tower, located on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon at Walt Disney World Resort, will open on December 17, adding 268 rooms, including duo studios and two-bedroom penthouse villas, inspired by Disney’s Moana and featuring sustainable design elements.

The Island Tower will introduce spacious accommodations with stunning lagoon and park views, perfect for larger families. Guests will also enjoy new amenities like a tropical pool area, fitness center, and Wailulu Bar & Grill, featuring spectacular views of Cinderella Castle and an all-electric kitchen aligned with Disney’s sustainability goals.

This addition complements the existing 380 rooms at the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and joins Disney Vacation Club’s collection of 17 properties across four states.
