Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a leader in luxury hospitality, continues its ambitious expansion strategy, blending its iconic heritage with innovation. The company is enhancing its global portfolio of hotels, resorts, and residences, while redefining experiential travel through ventures on land, sea, and air. With a robust development pipeline, Four Seasons aims to operate 180 properties worldwide by 2033, solidifying its position as the largest operator of luxury properties under a single brand.

Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, emphasizes the company’s commitment to personalized service and strategic growth. “We are honoring the foundational heritage that has made Four Seasons exceptional, while unlocking our full potential with a clear vision for the future,” said Reynal. He credited the unwavering support of shareholders, including Cascade Investment, Kingdom Holding Company, and founder Isadore Sharp’s Triples Holdings Limited, for fueling the brand's sustained success.

Recent expansions underscore Four Seasons’ global reach. In the Americas, notable openings include the recently reopened Four Seasons Hotel New York and the debut of properties in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Europe will see the transformation of Venice’s historic Hotel Danieli and the addition of resorts in Greece and Italy. In the Middle East and Africa, new projects include properties in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Oman. Meanwhile, Asia-Pacific will welcome resorts in Vietnam, Taiwan, and Australia, alongside a return to Shanghai.

Celebrating 40 years of branded residential innovation, Four Seasons has transformed luxury living with 55 residential properties in 20 countries. By 2024, the brand achieved $2.1 billion in gross residential sales, driven by demand for mixed-use developments that combine world-class design, amenities, and personalized service. Future standalone residential projects are planned for markets like Istanbul, Las Vegas, and Dubai.

Experiential travel remains central to Four Seasons’ strategy. Its Private Jet Experience, celebrating a decade of success, saw a 30% repeat guest rate in 2024, with 2025 itineraries already in high demand. Adding to the excitement is the anticipated launch of Four Seasons Yachts in 2026, featuring 95 all-suite accommodations designed to redefine luxury at sea. These ventures, alongside its iconic properties, affirm Four Seasons’ leadership in luxury hospitality, offering transformative travel experiences that resonate with discerning global travelers.
