Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced plans to expand its presence in the United Arab Emirates with a new luxury resort in Al Zorah, Ajman. Set to open in 2026, the Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will feature 23 villas and 74 guestrooms and suites, each offering private terraces and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf. Located just 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property will combine urban accessibility with natural tranquility.

The resort will undergo extensive enhancements before reopening under the Four Seasons brand, including upgrades to its accommodations, amenities, and wellness facilities. Guests can look forward to world-class services, a luxurious spa, a private beach, lush gardens, a 280-foot infinity pool, an adults-only pool overlooking the sea, and a dedicated children’s pool. Golf enthusiasts will also have easy access to the nearby Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club, home to an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course.

Dining at the resort will highlight Four Seasons’ renowned culinary expertise, with an all-day international restaurant offering panoramic sea views, a beachfront bar and grill, and an Italian restaurant overlooking the Gulf. The property will also feature dynamic event spaces, including a grand ballroom, a charming courtyard, and versatile meeting rooms suitable for business gatherings and special celebrations.

"Partnering with Al Zorah Development Company allows us to transform this beautiful beachfront property into a one-of-a-kind Four Seasons destination," said Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development at Four Seasons. George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company, added, "We are excited to blend the character of the region with Four Seasons’ standards of luxury and service excellence."

The new resort in Ajman will join Four Seasons' expanding UAE portfolio, which already includes properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, along with upcoming openings in Ras Al Khaimah and new private residences in Dubai’s DIFC district.
