Modena is a well-known city in the heart of Pianura Padana. It's famous not only for its celebrated culinary scene but also as the home of the most desired cars in the world: Ferrari. Nearby, you'll find Maserati and Lamborghini, as well as Bologna and its airport.

With this incredible allure, a very imaginative woman, Rosaria Marazzi, heir to a family renowned worldwide for the best tiles, fulfilled her dream by creating a small chain of hotels dedicated to business hospitality before her passing.

Rosaria Marazzi Hotels

Rosaria Marazzi Hotels (https://www.rmh-hotels.com/rosaria-marazzi-hotels.html) owns three venues: two in Modena and one in Croatia.

The two hotels in Modena cater to "bleisure" travelers—those who want to enjoy the city of Ghirlandina and Pavarotti while also optimizing their business stay or finding unique locations for meetings and conferences. Raffaello Hotel and Des Arts complement each other with an enviable MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) offering.

A Hub for Meetings and Conferences

Modena

RMH Rosaria Marazzi Hotels is a reference point for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events in Modena and its province, one of Italy's most strategic industrial districts. This Emilian story, from a passion for the hotel industry to a successful business, is embodied in the three letters "R, M, and H," symbolizing Rosaria Marazzi's visionary project. Design & Art, Life & Style, Luxury & Nature are the three pillars on which the group focuses with its hotels: two in Modena and one in Croatia (Lopud Lafodia Resort & SPA).

Last September, the new RMH Modena Raffaello opened, complementing the RMH Modena Des Arts. Both venues are dedicated to business, featuring meeting rooms and the capability to manage and coordinate conferences or large events across both hotels with consistent quality standards.

Culinary Excellence

Modena

A hotel's quality is often judged by its food offerings. Therefore, great attention has been given to catering and banqueting: from coffee breaks to gala dinners, every detail is crafted according to customers' wishes. Executive Chef Tommaso Balduccio oversees the cuisine at RMH Modena Des Arts, while starred Chef Luca Marchini leads the culinary team at the new RMH Modena Raffaello, featuring the "Living" bar bistro and the fine dining restaurant "Sottoluce."

“Our desire is to open our doors to locals as well,” explains the marketing manager of the chain, Cristiano Peluso. “Our strong point at the Raffaello is the Living Bar Bistrot, open to the city and serving as a hub for enjoying various moments of the day, from morning breakfast to aperitif and after-dinner.”

A New Life & Style Concept

The new RMH Modena Raffaello embodies a dynamic and contemporary Life & Style concept, aimed at being the modus vivendi of the group. For the city of Modena, the new RMH Raffaello is a highly attractive reopening, resulting from a major renovation of the historic Raffaello hotel, which the locals have always cherished.

The RMH Raffaello offers 31 apartments and 67 deluxe rooms and suites, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The apartments are particularly designed for medium-to-long stays, ideal for businesspeople in an area with a high concentration of leading companies.

RMH Conference Center

The Raffaello conference area features the Plenary Room, dedicated to Rosaria Marazzi, with 270 seats, which can be divided into two distinct rooms. There are also three additional rooms named after famous racetracks—Imola, Misano, and Monza—each accommodating 45, 45, and 63 seats respectively. These smaller modular rooms can be combined into a 140-seat room. The conference center also has two boardrooms for small meetings of 8-12 people.

The RMH Modena Des Arts conference area offers seven modular meeting rooms, accommodating up to 240 seats. Each room has natural light and modular capabilities.

Design & Art, Sports, and Events

Modena

RMH Modena Des Arts, categorized under Design & Art, offers attentive service in a comfortable, modern, and innovative environment. The hotel organizes events and art exhibitions, allowing guests to explore new artistic and emotional experiences. Functionality and aesthetic sense coexist perfectly in the Design & Art hotels of Rosaria Marazzi Hotels.

RMH Modena Des Arts is also prominent in the sports market, featuring 95 rooms and the “Fuori Menù” restaurant, which can accommodate up to 150 people and combines a design environment with the tradition of Emilian and Italian cuisine.

The hotel's garden, a versatile space extending over 2,000 m2, is ideal for events, summer evenings with friends, romantic dinners, or business dinners. The brand-new outdoor area offers further versatility.

All RMH hotel rooms are equipped with video projectors and TVs, benefit from acoustic insulation and natural light, and provide a large internal private secure car park, easily accessible from the motorway.
