Palladium Hotel Group launches its loyalty program for professionals, Palladium PRO, which incorporates new benefits and additional tools. This program aims to strengthen relationships with its partners, offering greater benefits to both retail agents and other industry professionals through a more user-friendly platform that offers additional advantages.
Under the motto "Beyond Collaboration," Palladium PRO emphasizes attractive rewards and, with a renewed focus, seeks to ensure that professionals not only feel valued but also motivated to continue collaborating with the hotel group.
Palladium PRO is designed to reward its members by offering points, discounts, and exclusive benefits. They will enjoy visiting the group's hotels and experiencing the Palladium Hotel Group experience firsthand.
They also offer a promotional code for new registrants, giving them $25 upon registration, including: LATAM25.
This program is available globally, ensuring that professionals from all markets can participate in the program, which will cover all of the group's brands and products, including the MICE and wedding groups business lines.
Palladium PRO will reward members with Rewards points for sales recorded on stays, events, and weddings held at hotels operated by the Palladium Hotel Group. Additionally, all Palladium PRO members will have a personal Palladium Rewards account associated with them.
Rewards Points can be redeemed for stays and purchases (in restaurants, spas, and other extras), as well as for gift cards. If you choose to redeem them for hotel nights, the points must be transferred from your Palladium PRO profile to your personal Palladium Rewards account. This will result in a special bonus, doubling their value, and, in turn, accumulating Elite Points that will lead to Fan status—the highest level of Palladium Rewards membership—a way to bring Palladium Hotel Group brands closer to its network of travel partners.
In addition to enjoying all Palladium Rewards services, Palladium PRO members can make the most of their Rewards points by redeeming them with special agent discounts of up to 50% and other benefits on stays based on their Palladium Rewards program tier.
The new graphical interface design improves the user experience compared to the previous program, including usability enhancements such as simplifying the sales registration process.
