Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. has opened reservations for Kimpton Tres Rios, the first-ever all-inclusive resort under the Kimpton brand, set to welcome guests in early 2025. This new luxury retreat in Mexico’s Riviera Maya marks a significant milestone for Kimpton, known for its boutique luxury offerings under the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Located on a pristine white sand beach, Kimpton Tres Rios offers guests a unique combination of luxury and nature, enhanced by world-class amenities, fine dining, and immersive programs. The resort has been meticulously transformed since 2023 to meet the high standards of both Playa and IHG, ensuring a top-tier experience in the heart of nature.

Spanning 326 acres, the resort features three ecosystems—jungle, mangroves, and coastal dunes—within its nature park, home to over 90 animal species and 120 plant species. Guests can explore scenic trails, hidden cenotes, and a native plant nursery, providing a deep connection with the surrounding environment.

Dining is a highlight, with seven diverse restaurants, including Kotori, blending Asian flavors, and Sabina, offering a modern twist on Mexican cuisine. Five premium bars and lounges complement the culinary offerings, all included in the all-inclusive package.

The resort offers 355 accommodations, including adults-only suites and ocean-view swim-out suites. Each room is designed to reflect the local culture and environment, with amenities like Wi-Fi, stocked minibars, and 24-hour room service for a seamless experience.

Kimpton Tres Rios features four pools, wellness programs, watersports, and the Kej Spa, offering indigenous treatments. Guests can book now to enjoy a special grand opening rate of $249 per person, per night.
