Posadas’ Live Aqua Beach Resort Opens in Punta Cana

The Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana opened on the northern shores of Uvero Alto on Feb. 1 and is the first Live Aqua property outside of Mexico.

The all-inclusive, adults-only resort is a member of La Coleccion Resorts by Fiesta Americana and is operated by Posadas hotel company.

The 347 suites are available in eight categories; the junior suites offer swim-up access from main swimming pools while other units feature private pools and terraces.

Facilities include the Feel Harmony Spa, a fitness center, seven restaurants, eight bars, a disco, a private beach and watersports.

Live Aqua offers on-site antigen testing and traveler's insurance to cover medical emergencies, including Covid-19. Rates start at $330 per room, per night, double.
