VERANÓ Hotels + Resorts to Open First Property in Puerto Rico

VERANÓ Hotels + Resorts has announced the upcoming Spring 2025 opening of VERANÓ San Juan, the first Leading Hotels of the World® property in Puerto Rico. Located on Avenida Ponce de Leon in Santurce, the luxury lifestyle hotel will serve as a central hub for business and culture, offering easy access to San Juan's vibrant galleries and renowned dining.

Housed in a transformed 1950s office building, VERANÓ San Juan aims to meet the demand for stylish accommodations in the city. The hotel will feature various room types, including Juliet balcony rooms with views of Avenida Ponce de Leon, 17 corner suites, and three signature Ó executive suites, all blending contemporary design with Puerto Rican heritage.

Guests can expect thoughtfully designed rooms with modern sophistication and Colonial Spanish-style balconies, along with state-of-the-art meeting facilities for business gatherings. The hotel's lobby lounge, Capicú, will serve craft cocktails and host cultural experiences, complemented by live music.

The highlight will be the City House restaurant, helmed by Puerto Rican chef Efrain Cruz, offering panoramic views and a fine dining experience that showcases the essence of San Juan's nightlife. Additionally, the VERANÓ Clubhouse will provide a private members club featuring curated events that celebrate local culture.
